Aggravated
Enhanced charge due to severity or circumstances
Assault
Intentionally causing physical injury to another
Burglary
Unlawful entry with intent to commit crime
Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon
Illegally carrying a hidden weapon
Contempt of Court
Disobedience or disrespect toward the court or its officers
Controlled Substance
Drugs regulated by law (Schedule I-V)
Criminal Sexual Conduct
Sexual offenses of varying degrees
Driving Under the Influence
Operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs
Domestic Violence Order
Protective order in domestic violence cases
Driving While Intoxicated
Similar to DUI, operating a vehicle while intoxicated
Emergency Protective Order
Court order for immediate protection from abuse
Fleeing or Evading Police
Running from law enforcement
Failure to Appear
When a defendant fails to appear in court as required
Fugitive from Justice
Wanted by law enforcement in another jurisdiction
Hindering Investigation or Prosecution
Interfering with law enforcement investigation
Interpersonal Protective Order
Protection order between non-domestic parties
No Insurance
Operating a vehicle without required insurance
No Registration on Vehicle
Operating an unregistered vehicle
Operating on Suspended License
Driving with a suspended or revoked license
Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Parole Violation
Breaking terms of parole

Possession of Controlled Substance
Having illegal drugs in possession
Persistent Felony Offender
Enhanced charges for repeat felony offenders
Persistent Felony Offender Second Degree
Enhanced sentencing for repeat felony offenders
Public Intoxication
Being visibly intoxicated in a public place
Possession
Having control or ownership of something (often drugs)
Possession of Controlled Substance
Having illegal drugs in possession
Probation Violation
Breaking terms of probation
Possession With Intent to Distribute
Drug possession with evidence of intent to sell
Robbery
Taking property by force or threat
Receiving Stolen Property
Knowingly receiving property obtained through theft
Theft by Unlawful Taking
Taking property without consent or legal right
Trafficking in Controlled Substance
Selling or distributing illegal drugs
Trafficking
Illegal trade or distribution (often drugs)
Wanton Endangerment
Recklessly engaging in conduct creating substantial danger
Bond Types
Full Cash Bond
Bond must be paid entirely in cash
Surety Bond
Bond paid through a bail bondsman (typically 10% fee)
Ten Percent Bond
Only 10% of bond amount required to be paid
No Bond Allowed
Defendant cannot be released on bail

Release subject to specific conditions
